Following the completion of the evaluation, we will coordinate directly with the referring physician to obtain the necessary documentation. This process is very important and does take some time to ensure all documents are correct and appropriate for your specific insurance plan. Please note that insurance providers do require a face-to-face appointment between the patient and their physician. To support this process, we are happy to accompany the patient to their physician appointment and provide a comprehensive documentation packet to simplify and facilitate compliance with insurance requirements.
Accreditation and Insurance
We are proud to share that Mosaic Prosthetic Solutions is now officially an Accredited Facility with the Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC). This recognition confirms that we meet nationally established standards for quality, safety, and patient care in the field of prosthetics. It reflects our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
UPDATE: We are excited to announce that Mosaic Prosthetic Solutions is now officially a Medicare approved clinic. This important milestone allows us to provide high-quality prosthetic services to a broader community, ensuring that more patients have access to the compassionate care and advanced solutions they need. Next, we are now working on Medicaid approval and then enrollment with private insurance providers. We appreciate your patience with this process, and you will be able to find the list of accepted insurances below.
