Insurance
Following the completion of the evaluation, we will coordinate directly with the referring physician to obtain the necessary documentation. This process is very important and does take some time to ensure all documents are correct and appropriate for your specific insurance plan. Please note that insurance providers do require a face-to-face appointment between the patient and their physician. To support this process, we are happy to accompany the patient to their physician appointment and provide a comprehensive documentation packet to simplify and facilitate compliance with insurance requirements.
Accreditation
We are proud to share that Mosaic Prosthetic Solutions is now officially an Accredited Facility with the Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC). This recognition confirms that we meet nationally established standards for quality, safety, and patient care in the field of prosthetics. It reflects our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
With BOC accreditation complete, we are now moving into the next phase of credentialing with Medicare, followed by enrollment with private insurance providers. These steps are essential in ensuring our patients have greater access to the care and support they need—no matter their coverage. We’re excited to continue expanding our services and making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
